The second of our back-to-back Premier League away trips takes us to Carrow Road on Thursday evening and we bring you all the important statistics ahead of kick-off against Norwich City...

Norwich City vs Chelsea head to head

Chelsea achieved our record win against the Canaries in the reverse fixture in October. Our goals in the 7-0 victory came from a Mason Mount hat-trick, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Reece James, Ben Chilwell and a Max Aarons own goal.

Chelsea stats

Reece James became the fourth Academy graduate to score five Premier League goals this term. The others are Mason Mount (seven), Conor Gallagher (eight, on loan at Crystal Palace) and Armando Broja (six, on loan at Southampton).

Although the Blues are unbeaten in our four midweek Premier League games this season, the last three have all been drawn 1-1 after we opened the scoring on each occasion.

Chelsea are looking to win four successive Premier League games for the first time since October. That four-game winning run included our 7-0 victory against Norwich.

We have not conceded in our last three Premier League games. The last time we won four league games in a row with a clean sheet was in 2016.

Excluding penalty shoot-outs, Thomas Tuchel’s side have only been defeated twice in 35 games in all competitions, winning 23 of them.

Chelsea are looking to win all three away games against the newly promoted sides in a Premier League season for the first time since 2014/15.

Milestones

If selected, Marcos Alonso will make his 200th appearance for Chelsea since he arrived from Fiorentina in 2016. He will become the 26th overseas player to reach that landmark for the club.
