The next men's first team outing in what is a London derby week for Chelsea is the visit by the Gunners to Stamford Bridge. We have here the stats and facts for this Premier League encounter...

Chelsea vs Arsenal head to head

Last season Arsenal were the only side to achieve the league double against Chelsea.

We have played Arsenal 204 times in all competitions which is more than against any other club.

Last season’s victory was Arsenal’s first Premier League win at the Bridge since 2011 after a run of six defeats and two draws, although we have only won one of our last four home games against the Gunners.

Romelu Lukaku and Reece James scored in the reverse fixture at the Emirates in August in our 2-0 win.

Arsenal are unbeaten in their past 11 midweek league matches (Tuesday-Thursday) against the Blues in a run stretching back to 1974.

Chelsea stats

The last time we lost two home league games in a row was in December 2019 (Bournemouth 0-1 and Southampton 0-2).
