Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Watford brought an end to a rigorous season for Chelsea, with both the men’s and women’s team competing on all fronts over the past nine or 10 months.

Fans from around the world have been backing the Blues every step of the way with Play Predictor, the prediction game available exclusively on The 5th Stand app.

With points awarded after every game, supporters have been vying for prizes, with the ultimate prize of a VIP Chelsea experience which was on offer for the two participants who topped the men’s and women’s leaderboards respectively.

In the end, it was David Barnes from the UK who finished first in the men’s table. He scored an impressive 1744 points - a tally that also included a table-topping month back in September!

Chelsea Women’s Play Predictor finished with Asomah Issifu top with 1101 points, and he will be jetting in from Ghana to watch a game of his choosing next season.

On top of our seasonal winners, dozens more Chelsea fans from around the world were also rewarded for their performances.

Since the start of the season, prizes have been won in all but two continents - with signed shirts, video game consoles and more being sent over land and sea, from Australia to Romania!

Our highest-scoring fixture came at the start of the season, when the Chelsea men’s team took on Aston Villa. Katie Redburn topped the table on that occasion, amassing an impressive 93 points as Chelsea ran out 3-0 winners, with a brace from Romelu Lukaku and a goal from Mateo Kovacic sealing the points.

Unsurprisingly, it was December that gave us the highest-scoring month, with Stephen Pherka from Ghana picking up an incredible 327 points over the busy festive period and subsequently winning our monthly prize.

If you were not able to win a prize this season, don’t worry! There will be plenty more chances to win next year, when Play Predictor returns across the men’s and women’s team ahead of the new season in August!
