Three of Chelsea’s Academy players have been named in the England Under-19 squad for the forthcoming European Championships at that age level.

Goalkeeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe, defender Bashir Humphreys and our Academy Player of the Year, Harvey Vale, are in the Young Lions party for the tournament, which takes place in Slovakia.England begin with a match against Austria on Sunday, before facing Serbia on Wednesday and finishing the group stage with a meeting with Israel on Saturday 25 June.This tournament was won in 2017 by an England squad containing Mason Mount, Reece James, Trevoh Chalobah, Dujon Sterling, Jacob Maddox and Jay Dasilva.

Meanwhile, defender Luke Badley-Morgan has been selected for Jamaica in the CONCACAF Under-20 Championships in Honduras.His group stage fixtures are tomorrow (Saturday) against Costa Rica, on Monday against the home nation, and then on Wednesday versus Antigua and Barbuda.
