With kick-off against Wolves less than 24 hours away now, the preparations for our trip to Molineux are almost complete.
Frank Lampard, who returned to Chelsea yesterday as our caretaker manager until the end of the season, conducted his second training session in charge of the Blues and put his players to work ahead of Saturday’s Premier League encounter.
There was the positive sight of seeing skipper Cesar Azpilicueta out on the grass taking part in some light training, as he continues his recovery from injury, while the likes of N’Golo Kante, Benoit Badiashile and Kai Havertz were also involved at Cobham.
Raheem Sterling took part in the session and will hope to be involved against Wolves, while Mason Mount and Conor Gallagher will also look to stake a claim under Lampard.
