It was another productive day at Cobham with the Blues preparing for Saturday evening's trip to the south coast to face Bournemouth, as we return to Premier League action following the two-week international window.

Nicolas Jackson, Pedro Neto and Noni Madueke were among the international stars returning as Enzo Maresca prepared his team for the Cherries.

Attackers Cole Palmer and Joao Felix were also joined by defensive duo Tosin Adarabioyo and Levi Colwill, with plenty of sprint-based competitions keeping our squad occupied during the start of the session before Maresca took his players through some tactical work.
