Club Chelsea members gathered for their annual members' event at Stamford Bridge as A Legacy in Blue travelled through the rich history of Chelsea Football Club, raising £30,464 for the Chelsea Foundation.

The Great Hall was transformed into a living timeline of some of the club’s proudest moments, anchored by a giant lion statue at the helm, symbolising the courage, strength and pride that have defined Chelsea FC through the decades.

Club Chelsea members took a journey through Chelsea’s history via immersive photo installations celebrating iconic eras and silverware. Highlights included a replica of Ted Drake’s office, anchored by the club’s first league trophy, a retro living room where the 1970 FA Cup final footage played on vintage televisions beside the famous trophy itself.

A dramatic life-size plane installation commemorated the 2012 Champions League triumph, complete with the iconic trophy and a celebratory magnum of champagne. The experience concluded in 2025, showcasing Chelsea’s latest silverware including the FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Conference League, and the women’s WSL, FA Cup and League Cup trophies, celebrating a legacy that continues to grow.

Hosted by Lee Parker, the stage also brought together Chelsea’s past, present and future in powerful fashion. President Jason Gannon and Chelsea Women’s CEO Aki Mandhar highlighted the club’s current direction, ambitions and progress, while the two head coaches, Liam Rosenior and Sonia Bompastor, shared candid reflections on the season’s challenges, triumphs and what it means to lead at the highest level for Chelsea.

Food throughout the evening was inspired by players’ favourite meals, complemented by signature Chelsea FC cocktails. Entertainment, along with a raffle and silent auction, helped raise funds for the Chelsea Foundation, ensuring the night made a meaningful impact beyond celebration.

Thanks to the generosity of attendees, the £30,464 raised will support the Chelsea Foundation’s vital work, funding projects that support former players, local initiatives and our Chelsea community.

A Legacy in Blue was a fitting tribute to Chelsea’s enduring story, honouring our heritage, celebrating our present, and looking ahead with pride to the future.
