News on one Under-21 squad member and two from the Under-18s...

Charlie Webster has extended his contract with Chelsea by a year, the midfielder committing his future to the club until at least the summer of 2024.

Webster, 18, has scored five goals in 14 PL2 appearances, with the pick of the bunch being shots from distance at Leicester and in a recent London derby at home against West Ham United.

The England Under-19 international has been an important part of Mark Robinson’s development squad side this season.

Ronnie Stutter has also confirmed his immediate future is with the club by signing until the summer of 2026.

Stutter’s season has been hampered by injury, as the forward only recently returned after a long lay-off in the FA Youth Cup tie against Cambridge United last week.

His colleague in the Under-18s, midfielder Harrison McMahon has signed his first professional contract with the club which takes him to the summer of 2025.

The tenacious midfielder has been an ever-present in the Under-18s group and also made his debut for the development squad when a second-half substitute against Cheltenham Town.
