The Spanish left-back joined Chelsea from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2023, signing a three-year deal.

Bernabe then spent the entire 2023/24 campaign on loan at Real Sociedad, where she made 31 appearances, before returning to Chelsea for the following season.

The defender made her debut in December 2024, coming on for the final 15 minutes of a 1-1 draw with Leicester City. A further appearance from the bench against Durham in the League Cup followed, before she moved on loan to Liverpool in January for the remainder of the season.

She now returns to Merseyside to rejoin the Reds on a permanent basis.
