During this unusual period without football, we caught up with some of our Academy players to find out what they are getting up to with their spare time indoors.
First up is striker Armando Broja, who talks us through what he's currently watching, listening to and learning at home...
What two things are you watching on Netflix at the moment?
'Riverdale. I’ve been watching this for a while now but it’s a really good series, I’m enjoying it a lot. Anyone who is into mystery, it’s the perfect series.
'I'm also watching John Wick 3. It's one of the best fighting movies I’ve ever watched. I’ve seen it five times now and it’s still amazing.'
What music have you been listening to?
'While I’ve been doing my training I’ve been listening to Lil Baby’s new album ‘My turn’ Other than that, I haven’t been listening to a lot of one artist but have been listening to a variety on my daily playlist.'
What apps have you been using the most while at home?
'I’ve been using Instagram a lot, seeing everyone post the ‘Stay at Home challenge’ is cool and also I saw on Chelsea’s Instagram that the club is allowing NHS workers to stay in their hotel, which is amazing!
I’ve also been using Twitter a bit as well it’s an easy app to use and its very good.'
Video games occupy a lot of time for most Academy boys, which ones have you been playing most?
'I’ve been playing Call of Duty: Warzone, which is a new game mode that recently came out but it allows you to play with friends in a squad of three against others to try to win.
'I’ve also been playing Grand Theft Auto. I know it's old but it’s a really good game, especially when all my friends are on and we do a big playlist with a lot of races. It always gets very competitive.'
What else have you been doing with your spare time?
'I train a lot now that I’m at home for a while because that’s the best way I can stay fit and get back sharp for when we are back. I’m also helping my mum cook, which is harder than I thought but it’s really good fun to learn.'
