Axel Disasi will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Premier League side West Ham United.
Signed from Monaco in August 2023, Disasi scored on his Chelsea debut and made 44 appearances during his maiden campaign at Stamford Bridge.
The 27-year-old featured ten times for the Blues during the first half of last season before joining Aston Villa on loan in February 2024.
