There is a tantalising wait for Premier League football to return this month but when it does so with three home games in October, anyone taking advantage of selected Club Chelsea packages to watch the action will have a famous Blues name for company – Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Cesar Azpilicueta or Claude Makelele no less.
A longer than usual break for international fixtures ends on Saturday 10 October when we host Bournemouth for a traditional 3pm kick-off, followed later in the month by back-to-back weekends at Stamford Bridge for the massive meetings with Tottenham and Manchester United. Those games are on Saturday 24 October at 5.30pm and Saturday 31 October at 12.30pm respectively.
All three matches are available to book now with Club Chelsea’s award-winning hospitality.
The following packages unlock access to each day’s legend:
Dugout Club – as part of the package that is the pinnacle of sporting hospitality, you will meet the legend and receive an item signed by him.
Clubhouse & Stamford Place – The Clubhouse is a brand-new addition to the portfolio while Stamford Place offers two distinct matchday experiences. Each comes with the chance to meet the legend.
Under The Bridge – The electric pre-match atmosphere in this venue will be boosted further by an appearance from the legend.
JFH at CFC vs AFC Bournemouth
One of the deadliest marksmen to wear the Chelsea blue returns to the Bridge for our next outing. Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink will be Club Chelsea’s legend that day, no doubt recounting tales of some of those 87 goals scored, more often than not fired in with unstoppable power.
Azpi at the derby
As the player who won it all, Cesar Azpilicueta had his fair share of good days taking on Tottenham. As the sixth-highest appearance-maker in our history and winner of 11 cups, including being the captain who lifted one of our Champions League trophies, the iconic defender does not lack for stories to tell.
Maka for Man United
It was with victory against Man U at the Bridge two decades ago that Claude Makelele became a back-to-back Premier League champion with Chelsea, and was universally acclaimed as a vital part of that hugely successful team. The French international midfielder came to define his influential role on the pitch and set the benchmark for those who followed. Now he is coming back to the stadium where he shone for what is always one of the glamour games of the season.
