Following sales to members on a loyalty-point basis on Tuesday 13 February, the match is sold out in all non-hospitality and non-accessible areas.

Ticket sales for this match are as follows:

Wednesday 14 February from 10am until 11:30am: NON-AMBULANT (WHEELCHAIR USERS) ONLY: Members with 35 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per member. Non-ambulant season ticket holders who have not already purchased a ticket can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 14 February from 12pm until 1.30pm:NON-AMBULANT (WHEELCHAIR USERS) ONLY: Members with 30 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per member. Non-ambulant season ticket holders who have not already purchased a ticket can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 14 February from 2pm until 3.30pm:NON-AMBULANT (WHEELCHAIR USERS) ONLY: Members with 25 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per member. Non-ambulant season ticket holders who have not already purchased a ticket can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 14 February from 4pm NON-AMBULANT (WHEELCHAIR USERS) ONLY: All remaining non-ambulant members can purchase one ticket per person.

Tickets will not go on general sale for this match.

Accessible Supporters Application Process

Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here; which can be submitted during the relevant selling period.  Alternatively, supporters can call our access team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve your tickets or enquire about further information. To receive a personal assistant ticket, supporters will need to apply via application form or reserve tickets over the phone. Payments will be made through your online account and not over the phone.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 32,169 tickets for the Carabao Cup final. Chelsea have been allocated the west side of Wembley Stadium. Within the allocation we have received 230 wheelchair and personal assistants tickets.

Car Parking

Supporters wishing to book car parking should visit www.wembleyofficialparking.com. Blue badge parking is £25, non-blue badge holders £40 per car and £120 per coach. The car park is not owned by Wembley Stadium, therefore any variation to these supporter parking costs are at the discretion of Wembley Park.

Conditions of Issue

All supporters purchasing a ticket will automatically accept the Conditions of Sale and Ground Regulations as set out by The EFL and Wembley Stadium.

Dispatching of tickets

All tickets will be posted out by Royal Mail special delivery as recommended by EFL. All tickets must be signed for at the time of delivery. If supporters are not able to sign for the tickets when they are delivered, the tickets will then be held at the local sorting office to be collected.

The cost to send the tickets out via Special Delivery is £8.77 per transaction.

Tickets will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery from Monday 12 February. If supporters are not available when an attempted delivery is made you should contact Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by email should email [email protected] between 10am-3pm on Friday 23 February.

Those supporters who are collecting a physical duplicate ticket must collect it from the West StandTicket Office at Wembley Stadium on the day of the match between the hours from 12pm until 3pm. Photo ID will be required at the time of collection.

Important information for supporters aged under 14

Supporters aged under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Supporters purchasing in the safe-standing area must be aged 12 or over.

No children aged under 2 will be permitted to enter the stadium.

All supporters aged 2 and over will be required to have a valid match ticket.

Safe Standing

Wembley Stadium has tickets available in a safe standing area located in level 1. Supporters purchasing in the safe standing area must be aged 12 or over. Supporters arriving on matchday under the age 12 will NOT be allowed to enter the stadium.

Visually Impaired Supporters

Wembley Stadium operates a free of charge system for personal commentary receivers and either a headset or a mini-induction loop, so commentary is available. These can be used anywhere within the seating bowl and can be collected form one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day of the match.
