Chelsea will take on Manchester United in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup after tonight's 7-1 thrashing of Grimsby Town.
It will be our first meeting with the Red Devils in the League Cup since October 2012 when we played out a 5-4 thriller. The tie will be played at the Bridge on 29 or 30 October, with full details to be confirmed shortly.
This is the ninth consecutive season we have reached the fourth round of the Carabao Cup. At that stage last year we beat Derby County, then managed by Frank Lampard, 3-2 at Stamford Bridge. We then got the better of Bournemouth and Tottenham on our way to the Wembley final.

Tickets for the game will be sold in the following order, with full information to follow:
- Season ticket holders can purchase their own ticket- Season ticket holders who have been displaced can purchase a ticket- Members on a loyalty point basis- In the unlikely event that tickets remain, season ticket holders and members will be able to purchase an additional two (maximum of three per person).- Tickets will not go on general sale, however limited hospitality packages will go on general sale in due course.
