The dates for both legs of Chelsea’s League Cup semi-final have been confirmed.
The Blues reached the last-four of the Carabao Cup courtesy of victory over Cardiff in Wales at midweek, with a brace from Alejandro Garnacho and a further strike from Pedro Neto securing our 3-1 win.
That booked our place into the semi-finals where we will face the winner of Arsenal and Crystal Palace, who meet on Tuesday for their quarter-final cup clash.
The first leg will take place at Stamford Bridge regardless of who wins out of the Gunners and the Eagles. That game will be played on Wednesday 14 January at 8pm and will be shown live on Sky Sports Football.
The second leg date depends on who is victorious out of Arsenal and Palace. Should Arsenal be our opponents, then the second leg will be played at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday 3 February. That will also be played 8pm and be shown live on both Sky Sports Football and ITV.
However, should we face Crystal Palace, then the second leg will take place a day later on Wednesday 4 February at Selhurst Park. The game will kick-off at 7.30pm and again be shown on both Sky Sports Football and ITV.
Further details for both legs, including ticketing information, will be announced on official channels in due course.
