Participants on our Chelsea FC Soccer School Hong Kong recently enjoyed a visit to our Cobham training ground in celebration of the 10-year partnership between the club and the Asia-based Soccer School.

While visiting England, the group enjoyed a 12-day experience which included sessions at our training base in Cobham, a tour of Stamford Bridge, fixtures against our Surrey Foundation Development Centre and the group also watched Chelsea Under-23s against Liverpool.

And to round off their trip, the group of players also got the opportunity to meet Blues players Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Reece James.

Loftus-Cheek and James, who both joined the Blues at the age of six, took time out of their training schedules to particpate in a Q & A session before posing for photographs and signing autographs.

Max Fouracre, international technical support officer for the Foundation, said: 'The players have come across to celebrate the 10-year anniversary between Chelsea FC Foundation and the Chelsea FC Hong Kong soccer school.

'The partnership now sees more than 30 coaches working for the soccer school day to day impacting the local community through government-funded projects.

'The soccer school now has two UK coaches being based in location for 10 months of the year to support all programme delivery.'

He added: 'It was a fantastic experience for the players and coaches to come over to England to get a glimpse of the culture and a closer insight into the Chelsea family.

'The players have been fantastic both on and off the pitch. It is great to see them develop as people and players throughout the trip.

'They are a true credit to their families and the Chelsea FC Soccer School Hong Kong.'
