As part of Chelsea Football Club’s introduction of digital tickets for all games at Stamford Bridge from the start of the coming season, we are running in-person sessions with supporters to aid the smooth transition to the new system. The first of those took place recently.

The fans at the first of this series of workshops were invited from a range of supporter groups. They were given a presentation in the Tea Bar at Stamford Bridge, showcasing new features in the Chelsea Official App related to CFC Digital Tickets, including how to locate the tickets, ticket forwarding and adding fellow supporters to your network.

There was an explanation of how downloaded tickets continue to function when a device is offline, and of how the new system helps combat touting and increases fan safety and convenience.

Chelsea staff also gave one-to-one advice and demonstrations and explained the support that will be available on matchdays at Stamford Bridge, which will include dedicated help zones.

Further details of the next drop-in session for supporters who may require extra assistance as we transition to digital ticketing will be available soon. You can register your interest in taking part in one of these sessions by completing this form

These will run alongside step-by-step online guides and how-to videos which will help ensure everyone is able to take advantage of the benefits digital ticketing will bring.
