When and where is the Champions League round of 16 draw?
Now all of the teams who have qualified for the 2022/23 knockout stages are known, their names go into the hat for the round of 16 draw, which will take place at the House of European Football, at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. The draw will be held today (Monday 7 November) and begin at 11am UK time.

Who can Chelsea play in the Champions League round of 16?
As a group winner, Chelsea are seeded in the Champions League last 16, meaning we will play the second leg of our tie at home at Stamford Bridge, and we will face one of the sides which finished second in their group.
As teams from the same country or who played in the same group are kept apart in the first knockout round, we are unable to be drawn to play Liverpool or AC Milan. That leaves us with six possible opponents to face in the round of 16 – Borussia Dortmund, Club Bruges, Eintracht Frankfurt, Inter Milan, Leipzig and Paris Saint-Germain.
When are the Champions League round of 16 matches?
The first legs of this season’s Champions League last 16 ties will be played over two weeks, on 14, 15, 21 and 22 February. The teams will then play their second leg three weeks later, on 7, 8, 14 and 15 March. All matches will kick off at 8pm UK time.
