Chelsea Football Club and global partner Linglong Tire today announce the latest stop for The Famous CFC. The club, including legendary captain Cesar Azpilicueta, will be in Chengdu, China, from 4-6 December for a special fan event ahead of our Premier League fixture against Liverpool.
With support from Linglong Tire, this will be the club’s third visit to China for the Famous CFC, following trips to Shanghai and Chongqing. During those visits, Blues legends Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Gianfranco Zola met Chelsea supporters in China, who always give the club a warm welcome.
Joining Chelsea FC in Chengdu will be club legend Azpilicueta, who will spend the weekend meeting supporters and sharing stories from his decorated career in blue.
The Famous CFC is Chelsea's global fan engagement programme, created to deepen connections with Blues supporters around the world and bring the club closer to our international fanbase. Since launching in 2023, the programme has visited cities across Asia, North America and beyond, giving fans unique opportunities to celebrate their shared passion for Chelsea.
