Chelsea have been crowned Women’s Super League champions for the sixth consecutive season!

After Arsenal's 5-2 defeat to Aston Villa earlier on Wednesday, the Blues went into our clash against Manchester United at Leigh Sports Village knowing a point would secure us the title. And the Blues didn't disappoint!

A second-half header from Lucy Bronze ensured we secured all three points to clinch the WSL title with two games still remaining in the league.

It means Sonia Bompastor has added the league crown to the League Cup title she's already won in her maiden season in charge of the Blues, with the FA Cup still a possibility as we seek a domestic treble.

A special night to cap off a special season - with perhaps even more silverware still to come!

Congratulations to everyone at Chelsea!
