Chelsea bid farewell to 2025 and welcome 2026 with more Premier League action. Here is what to look out for over the next week...

Monday

A quick turnaround between games during the busy end-of-year fixture schedule means there is plenty to keep you entertained at the start of this week. You can begin by catching up on the weekend's action, with highlights of the narrow 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa. We also have all the reaction to that match, so you can get the post-match thoughts of Enzo Maresca, Reece James and Moises Caicedo.

We soon move on to the next game, though. We have one more Premier League fixture remaining this year, and you can get the latest from Maresca as he previews that meeting with Bournemouth in his pre-match press conference, which will be available to watch on demand from 1pm.

You can also catch up on how our Academy have been getting on during their winter break. Under-18s head coach Hassan Sulaiman gives his view on the season so far, as his team remain undefeated in the Under-18 Premier League and sit just three points off the top of the table, with three games in hand over the leaders.

Tuesday

For the last time in 2025, it is a Chelsea matchday on Tuesday. The Blues round out the year with a home game at Stamford Bridge, hosting Bournemouth in west London, hoping to get back to winning ways to end the year on a high in front of the Stamford Bridge supporters.

Before the game itself, we look back at some of the most memorable Chelsea moments against the Cherries, and hear from Malo Gusto as he gives his pre-match thoughts before attention turns to the Bridge.

Kick-off in SW6 arrives at 7.30pm and fans in the UK can watch the game live on Sky Sports. We will also be covering all the build-up, action and reaction throughout the day in our Chelsea vs Bournemouth Match Centre.

As well as the first thoughts of Maresca and his players after the final whistle, you can also watch the highlights of our last game of 2025 from 11.30pm.

Wednesday

There will be plenty of reaction to our match against Bournemouth on Wednesday, meaning you can get the thoughts of Maresca and the Blues squad before the New Year's Eve celebrations begin, as well as all the usual in-depth analysis.

Then it is time to celebrate the end of a thrilling 2025 for Chelsea, during which our men's team added new silverware to our trophy cabinet in the form of the FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Conference League, and the women completed a brilliant Treble by winning the Women's Super League, Women's FA Cup and Women's League Cup.

You can cast your vote on New Year's Eve to help us choose the best goals and moments from Chelsea's 2025.

Thursday

It is the first day of 2026 and that means one thing, the January transfer window is now open! We will bring you all the information you need to follow the transfer window, and you can get all the latest news on the ins and outs at Chelsea as soon as they become official on our website and app.

We also highlight the key dates in 2026 to have in your diary early, along with a statistical look back at 2025, as well as hearing from the Chelsea Women squad as they share their hopes and ambitions for the new year ahead.

Friday

As we move into 2026, Maresca will be facing the media at Cobham on Friday for his pre-match press conference ahead of Chelsea's first match of the New Year. You can watch it live on the Chelsea Official App and website, or catch up on demand later in the day.

You can also see behind the scenes at Cobham as we take a look at training when the Blues get ready to face Manchester City.

Saturday

There will be more from Maresca and his squad as we continue the build-up to Sunday's big trip to Manchester to kick off our 2026 schedule.

Meanwhile, you can catch up with our women's squad, as we bring you all the latest from the first day of their winter training camp, as the Blues prepare for the resumption of the Women's Super League in January.

Sunday

The Blues take to the pitch for the first time in 2026 on Sunday afternoon, and our opening game of the year is a big one. We travel to the Etihad Stadium to take on Manchester City in the Premier League, with a chance to begin a new year by cutting the gap to the team in second place above us in the table.

The game starts at 5.30pm and will be shown live by Sky Sports in the UK. You can also keep up with all the action thanks to our minute-by-minute updates throughout the day in our Manchester City vs Chelsea Match Centre on the Chelsea Official App and website.

That will then be followed by all the reaction from Maresca and his players from our game against Man City, as well as the best of the action available to view in our highlights from 9.30pm.
