With our men's and Academy sides going into their last games of the season with a trophy and European qualification still to play for, it is busy finish to the campaign. Here is what to look out for at Chelsea this week...
Monday
The week begins with reflection on the weekend's action on Monday morning. You can watch the highlights of our narrow loss to Manchester City in the FA Cup final, as well as getting the reaction from interim head coach Calum McFarlane, captain Reece James and defender Malo Gusto.
It was then immediately time to turn our attention to the next game, though, and McFarlane's pre-match press conference for the Premier League meeting with Tottenham Hotspur was also held on Monday morning. You can catch up on every word he said on demand now by watching the below video.
You can also catch up on the final Women's Super League game of the season, after Chelsea beat Manchester United 1-0 at Stamford Bridge to secure a second-placed finish in the table and qualification directly for the league phase of the UEFA Women's Champions League.
We also have reaction from Sonia Bompastor and Niamh Charles, as well as Blues legends Millie Bright and Sam Kerr bidding farewell with personal messages for the fans after their last game for the club.
Tuesday
For the last time this season, Chelsea's men's team will be in action at Stamford Bridge, when we take to the pitch in the penultimate fixture of our Premier League campaign. On top of that, it is a London derby with plenty at stake: a Blues side pushing for European qualification hosting a Tottenham Hotspur team needing points in the relegation fight.
Kick-off at the Bridge is at 8.15pm and supporters in the UK can watch the game live on Sky Sports. We will also be covering all the build-up, action and reaction as it happens in our Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur Match Centre.
Earlier in the day we should also find out which of our Blues will be in action for England Women in the upcoming international window.
Wednesday
You can watch the highlights of our London derby with Spurs, or catch up on the full 90 minutes with our full match replay, from the early hours of Wednesday morning. That is along with all the reaction from McFarlane and the squad, as well as plenty of in-depth analysis.
You can also hear from Chelsea Under-18s captain Dante Waite, who will be speaking to us ahead of Friday's Under-18s Premier League National Final at Stamford Bridge, when the Blues will be taking on Manchester City for the right to be crowned national champions.
Thursday
The last week of Chelsea's season continues with our men's and Academy sides preparing to take to the pitch for the final time in their current campaigns.
We will be taking you behind the scenes at Cobham on Thursday to see how the senior squad is preparing under interim head coach McFarlane, as we take a look at the team's work out on the training pitch on Thursday.
Friday
For the final time this season, our interim head coach will be facing the media to preview a Premier League fixture. McFarlane's pre-match press conference for our last league game against Sunderland will be available to watch live on the Chelsea Official App and website, or catch up on demand later on Friday.
In the evening, our Academy have their last match of the season, with silverware up for grabs at Stamford Bridge. We have already sealed the Under-18 Premier League South title, and can now add the national championship at that level when we host northern winners Manchester City in the final.
Kick-off at the Bridge is at 7pm. You can be there in person to cheer on the young Blues, with free tickets on offer to all Chelsea season ticket holders and members plus supporters under the age of 20, with general sale tickets available for £4. Full ticket details can be found here.
The Under-18 Premier League National Final will also be shown live for free on the Chelsea Official App and website in our Chelsea Under-18s vs Manchester City Under-18s Match Centre.
Saturday
You will be able to watch the highlights of Chelsea Under-18s' national final on Saturday morning.
The build-up to the final game of the Premier League season at senior level will continue too, as we bring you more from McFarlane and the Blues squad previewing our meeting with Sunderland.
Sunday
The final day of the Premier League season is almost upon us with, with everything being tied up in one go, as every team kicks off at 4pm on Sunday. For Chelsea, that means the long away trip north to face Sunderland at the Stadium of Light, as we look to secure European qualification in our last game.
