Chelsea have been handed an away trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.

We claimed a place in round four by overcoming Lincoln City. It wasn't easy for Enzo Maresca's side at the LNER Stadium, but an excellent 20-yard strike from Tyrique George and a first Chelsea goal from Facundo Buonaoette secured our progress.

The fourth-round draw took place this evening, and the Blues were handed a trip to Molineux to take on a Wolves side coached by VĂtor Pereira.

Wolves have already faced two top-flight sides in this year's Carabao Cup. They defeated West Ham United 3-2 in round two and followed that up by overcoming Everton 2-0 in the third round.

In the Premier League, Pereira's side have suffered five consecutive defeats at the start of the 2025/26 campaign.

There are no replays in the Carabao Cup and extra time is not used until the semi-final stage. If a game is level after 90 minutes, the winner is decided by a penalty shootout.

Fourth-round ties are scheduled to be played in the week commencing October 27.

Ticket information will follow in due course.
