Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson have both been included in the list of nominations for the Premier League’s Guinness Goal of the Season award.

The duo help make up a 10-strong shortlist, with voting now open for you to select one of them to win the annual award.

First up, is Palmer’s stunning lob during our 6-2 away win at Wolves back in August. The free-flowing goal started with Blues goalkeeper Robert Sanchez, who delivered a 70-yard pass to Jackson, to dink the ball into the path of Palmer.

The forward then deftly clipped the ball over Wolves goalkeeper Jose Sa, showing typical composure and a clinical nature in front of goal.

Joining Cole in the list is the creator of that goal in August, Jackson – who is nominated for his strike in our home win over Newcastle in October.

Palmer was the architect of the free-flowing team move, setting Pedro Neto away with a through-ball before the winger squared for Jackson to sweep home.

The pair now join eight other strikes in the final list, with voting now open for one of them to win! The voting will close at 6pm [UK time] on Friday, so don't delay!

Also up for the gong are Brighton pair Karou Mitoma and Carlos Baleba, Alexander Isak of Newcastle, Ipswich Town’s loanee midfielder Jens Cajuste, Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran, Fulham’s Harry Wilson, Bournemouth winger David Brooks and Man City’s January addition, Omar Marmoush.

Voting is now open, so click here and select either Cole or Nico today!
