In his new role, Dave will lead areas of football development, focusing on scouting and data, loans and player pathways, and overall football staff development and evolution.

The Sporting Leadership Team, headed by Co-Sporting Directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley, includes Sam Jewell and Joe Shields with whom Dave will work closely as part of the club’s integrated football leadership structure.
