It was a great night for Chelsea at the Women's Football Awards on Thursday as four Blues picked up prizes and we were named Club of the Year.

After clinching the Women's Super League title on Wednesday night, Chelsea picked up more prizes at the awards ceremony last night.

In addition to a joint Player of the Year award for Lauren James and the Manager of the Year gong for Sonia Bompastor, forward Aggie Beever-Jones collected Young Player of the Year award and Kiera Walsh was handed the Inspirational Role Model award.

As a collective, we were also awarded the Club of the Year award after winning the Women's Super League, the League Cup, reaching the FA Cup final and the last four of the Champions League.

On receiving her award, Bompastor said: 'It's an honour for me to be nominated for this award alongside such great managers, and to receive this award means a lot to me. I want to thank my players and my staff because we achieve things all together.'

Former Blue Anita Asante was also recognised with the Game Changer Award.
