UEFA Champions League football will return to Stamford Bridge in 2025/26 after today's victory at Nottingham Forest guaranteed our spot in next season's competition.
A thrilling final day in the Premier League saw Chelsea triumph 1-0 away at Nottingham Forest, thanks to Levi Colwill's second-half strike, to officially secure a fourth-placed finish in the competition, and along with it book our place in next season's Champions League.
We will be joined in the top tier of Europe by Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and Newcastle United, with all five English teams going straight into the league stage. The draw for that round of the Champions League will be held by UEFA on 28 August.
Before then, we have another continental competition on our mind, as we take on Real Betis in the UEFA Conference League final on Wednesday evening.
