Chelsea's final fixture of the regular Premier League 2 season is a west London derby against Fulham and you can watch it live for free on the Chelsea Official App and website.

The title play-offs are still to come, but the league stage of the competition comes to an end on Friday evening, with the Blues making the short trip across west London to take on our neighbours. We go into the game top of the table, ahead of Manchester United on goal difference, meaning victory would almost guarantee we finish first in the Premier League 2.

We go into the game having won our last four games in a row, including a 4-0 thrashing of Wolverhampton Wanderers in our previous outing, when Jesse Derry, Harrison McMahon, Ryan Kavuma-McQueen and Reggie Walsh all got on the score sheet. Here is how you can watch our away trip to Fulham live...

When is kick-off?

The game kicks off at Fulham's Motspur Park training ground at 7pm (UK time) on Friday 10 April.
