Chelsea Under-21s begin our Premier League 2 play-off campaign with a last-16 tie against Middlesbrough, which supporters outside of the UK can watch live for free on the Chelsea Official App and website.
Having already triumphed in the league stage of the competition by finishing top of the Premier League 2 table with 14 wins from our 20 fixtures, we now attempt to add the overall title to our trophy collection in the end-of-season play-offs.

Chelsea kick-off the Premier League 2 play-offs at Kingsmeadow against Middlesbrough at 2pm on Saturday 25 April. All season ticket holders, members and supporters under the age of 20 can claim one free ticket for the game until midday on Friday 24 April.
