We had been scheduled to play Aston Villa on Monday 21 December at 8pm, live on Sky Sports, but the game remained subject to possible Carabao Cup participation.

However, with both teams knocked out last night – us on penalties to Liverpool, Villa at Bournemouth – it has been confirmed our Premier League meeting with Unai Emery’s side will remain on Monday 21 December at 8pm.

Ticket details will be confirmed in due course. Club Chelsea hospitality packages are already on sale.
