Press conference live: We will be streaming the pre-match press conference live as Frank Lampard and one of his players address the media from Stamford Bridge at 3pm (UK time) on Monday 17 April, or you can watch on demand afterwards.
Live training: You can see Lampard and his players making their final preparations at Cobham ahead of facing Real Madrid when we stream Monday's training session live from 11am.
