Chelsea have become the first club to win each of the five major European trophies after defeating Real Betis to be crowned Conference League champions!

Stadion Wroclaw was the venue for our latest European triumph, and Enzo Maresca's side did it the hard way as the Blues battled back from a goal down to secure a 4-1 victory.

We had fallen behind after nine minutes when Abde Ezzalzouli fired home after a clever pass from Isco – and the remainder of the first half was a frustrating watch for those in Blue in the stands.

A second-half turnaround was needed. Cole Palmer proved to be its architect. It was he who produced the cross for Enzo Fernandez to head home and level on 65 minutes, and the England international soon delivered another cross into the box that Jackson guided home.

The Blues were far from done, however. With seven minutes to play, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall burst forward and found fellow substitute Jadon Sancho, who whipped a stunning shot into the far corner.

And there was still time for a fourth goal to be added as Chelsea Player of the Year, Moises Caicedo, found the net with a well-placed shot from 20 yards.

'We've won it all,' came the chant from the Chelsea faithful, as our victory in Poland means we will return home with the Conference League trophy, which will join those of the Champions League, Europa League, Super Cup, and Cup Winners’ Cup in the museum at Stamford Bridge.

Enjoy the night, you Blues!
