This latest pre-season announcement completes the diary for the club’s major USA Tour 2024 - with two Chelsea Women dates now added to five fixtures for our men’s team.

It was announced last month that our WSL champions are to play Gotham FC in New Jersey on 19 August and the players will be in action again six days later, on Sunday 25 August, when Audi Field in the United States' capital city will host the two biggest women’s teams from the UK’s capital.

With 10 WSL titles between them, seven of those for Chelsea, fans in the US now have the opportunity to be there when the two most successful English clubs in the modern era face off against each other.

Kick-off at Audi Field, the home of NWSL side Washington Spirit, is set for 4pm EST.
