Chelsea FC Women’s FA Cup fixture against Liverpool Women has been moved from Sunday 16 February to Monday 17 February in precaution of another storm incoming this weekend.
The fifth round tie was due to take place on Sunday with a 12.30pm kick-off but due to expected extreme weather conditions – similar to last weekend – Chelsea have worked with the FA and Liverpool to reschedule this match the following day.
The main reason for this change is due to the interests of supporter and staff safety. The rearranged match will still take place at Kingsmeadow and now kick-off at 7pm.
A ticket purchased for the original date is still valid for the rearranged fixture. However, if you can no longer attend Monday’s match you should return your original tickets to the Stamford Bridge ticket office by 5pm on Monday 24 February to claim a refund.
Fans are advised to send tickets using Royal Mail recorded delivery in order to ensure the tickets arrive safely. Refunds cannot be issued if tickets do not arrive at the tickets office.
Tickets are still available to buy and cost £9 for adults and £1 for juniors (under-20) and seniors (65 or over).
