A number of Chelsea FC Women players were in international action this weekend. Here we round up all the best bits of the Blues abroad…

World Cup qualifier: Ukraine 0 Scotland 4

First up on the international stage was an important FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier between Ukraine and Scotland.

Erin Cuthbert played the full 90 minutes as Scotland beat Ukraine 4-0 in Poland, with our no.22 getting two assists and a goal to her name.

Germany 7 Switzerland 0

In the first of their pre-competition friendlies, Germany put seven past Switzerland at the Multifunktionsarena in Germany. Ann-Katrin Berger was an unused substitute in the German side's big win.

Denmark 2 Brazil 1

The Danes ran out 2-1 winners and Harder got the assist for the opening goal, threading the ball out wide to Janni Thomsen whose effort from outside the box flew into the back of the net.

England 5 Netherlands 1

Bright played the full 90 minutes and Kirby got herself an assist as the Lionesses came from behind to get the win in Leeds. Jess Carter was brought on as a second-half substitute as England saw out the victory.

Norway 2 New Zealand 0

Maren Mjelde captained the side and Guro Reiten started as Norway ran out winners at the Ullevaal Stadion in their warm-up fixture against New Zealand on Saturday afternoon.

Goals from Ada Hegerberg and Guro Bergsvand secured the victory in what was an emotional day for Norway, following the mass shooting in Oslo the night before.

France 4 Cameroon 0

Eve Perisset started for France in their convincing win over Cameroon on Saturday night. The Blues defender played the first 45 minutes at the Stade Pierre Brisson as France ready themselves for this summer’s European Championship.
