After scoring against London City Lionesses and netting a wonder strike against Barcelona, Ellie Carpenter has been voted Chelsea Women's November Player of the Month by supporters.
The Australian international's month began with an early goal at Stamford Bridge against London City, as she popped up at the far post to guide the ball home from Sandy Baltimore's pass across the face of goal.
Carpenter then provided the cross for Wieke Kaptein's opener against St. Polten in the Women's Champions League on November 11, before a moment of sheer magic during the next game against European opposition.
Back at the Bridge once more, it was Carpenter who scored in the early stages of our Champions League match against Barcelona, unleashing an unstoppable strike from the edge of the box that helped earn us a valuable league-phase point against a side who inflicted two defeats on us last season.
Carpenter picked up 47 per cent of the total votes, with fellow summer arrival Alyssa Thompson coming in second with 36 per cent.
Congratulations, Ellie!
