A home fixture against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge will kick off our 2025/26 campaign, as Sonia Bompastor bids to retain the Women’s Super League title after lifting the trophy during her first season in charge at Chelsea.

A full list of matches has now been released for our 2025/26 campaign, including four WSL games to be played at Stamford Bridge. The Bridge Pass guarantees your spot for all four at the best guaranteed price, in addition to other benefits.

We head into the season as reigning champions, with the season opener against Manchester City set for Friday 5 September at 7.30pm.

Here we have everything you need to know about who, where and when Chelsea will be playing…

Who is Chelsea’s first WSL game of 2025/26 against?

Our season opener will be against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge. Ticketing information for this fixture will be announced soon.

Who will the Blues finish the 2025/26 season against?

The final fixture of the campaign is an enticing home clash against Manchester United on the weekend of 15-17 May. That fixture will be played at Stamford Bridge.

Which four games will Chelsea Women play at Stamford Bridge?

Our exciting season opener against Manchester City will be in front of our fans at Stamford Bridge on Friday 5 September at 7.30pm, as we look to kick off our title defence against top-level opposition.

We will be back at the Bridge the following month for a fascinating clash against newly promoted London City Lionesses. That match will be held in SW6 in early November.

The home game against Arsenal will be one of the first our fans look for on the fixture list. We will face the Gunners in late January at the Bridge, having done the double over our London rivals in the WSL last season.

Last season saw the title-winning celebrations go off with a bang against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, and the final home game of 2025/26 will see us welcome Manchester United at our famous stadium in mid-May.

You can secure your spot to all four games at Stamford Bridge with The Bridge Pass, saving you 20 per cent compared to buying individual match tickets throughout the season.

Who else do Chelsea play in the opening weeks of the season?

Our second fixture takes us to Villa Park, where we will face Aston Villa. That game will be on Sunday 14 September.

We then host Leicester City at Kingsmeadow on Sunday 21 September.

When do Chelsea play Arsenal and Tottenham?

We face Spurs at Kingsmeadow on Saturday 11 October, and travel to north London on 8 November to play Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

It’s then Arsenal at the Bridge in late January 2026, before we visit Tottenham at Brisbane Road - home of Leyton Orient - shortly afterwards on 8 February.

When is the Women’s Super League mid-season break taking place?

Domestic football will pause for the Christmas and New Year period. Our final league game before the festivities will take us to Brighton and Hove Albion on 14 December.

We return – as things currently stand – from the winter break with a trip to West Ham United at Kingsmeadow on 11 January, in our first league fixture of 2026.
