Ash’s first in SW6 | August 2009
Ashley Cole’s glittering Chelsea contained more pieces of silverware (nine) than goals (seven), so the first time he scored at Stamford Bridge was a special occasion. Burnley were the recipients early in the 2009/10 season, with Cole racing on to Frank Lampard’s cute pass and thrashing his shot into the net.
Hazard’s solo strike | August 2016

CHO opens his PL account | January 2020
Academy graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi had been a regular presence on the scoresheet in cup competitions, but a first Premier League goal for the Blues eluded him until his 26th appearance in the competition, when he steered home Cesar Azpilicueta’s cross from close range.
First win for Tuchel | January 2021
Thomas Tuchel enjoyed his first victory as Chelsea boss in a home game against Burnley at the end of January 2021. Although there were no supporters inside the stadium to enjoy the win – secured courtesy of goals from wing-backs Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso – it triggered a fantastic second half of the campaign that culminated in our Champions League triumph in Porto.
