Chelsea Football Club has released our latest Fan Engagement Plan to supporters, outlining the work ahead and structures in place relating to the Premier League’s Fan Engagement Standard.
Now in its third year, the Fan Engagement Report details the diligent and diverse work being undertaken across the club to aid and benefit our supporters, while also continuing to uphold the traditions of the club. You can view the 2023/24 report here and that for the 2024/2025 season here.
The report is a requirement for all Premier League clubs as part of a series of league-wide measures designed to create meaningful, long-term engagement with supporters. The Fan Engagement Standard was announced by the Premier League in November 2022.
Michael Cornall, the club’s head of supporter relations, said. 'All of us at Chelsea Football Club are delighted to release the 2025/26 Fan Engagement Plan. We made great strides last season and we will work tirelessly with new initiatives and regular consultation with our supporters to ensure their voices continue to be heard.'
Lord Daniel Finkelstein OBE, Chelsea’s nominated board-level official for fan engagement, added: 'I am delighted that the club's fan engagement plan has been released.
'It is the next step in our journey we are taking to deliver on our promise to be pioneers in fan engagement, we have worked with the fan advisory board on ensuring this plan is robust and detailed and now we look forward to working with all of our supporters on delivering it.'
This year's Fan Engagement Plan highlights several initiatives, campaigns, and events that took place during the previous season.
These include a digital ticketing town hall, led by the Fan Advisory Board, and several workshops, drop-in sessions, and webinars that took place to help supporters prepare for the switch to digital tickets for the 2025/26 campaign.
As part of the Unite For Access campaign, and following the relaunch of the Chelsea Disabled Supporters Association, joint-staff and supporter-led events were held. And the club continued to work closely with its various supporters' groups to raise awareness and promote them to our wider fanbase.
Co-Chairs of the FAB, Neil Beard and Tracy Brown, said: 'As co-chairs of the Fans’ Advisory Board, we welcome the publication of Chelsea’s Fan Engagement Plan, which reflects a genuine commitment to putting supporters at the heart of the club.
'We’re excited to work closely with the club to deliver on this vision and to further strengthen the connection between Chelsea and its fans, enhancing sentiment and the matchday experience for all.
