Cole Palmer has been full of praise for Liam Rosenior, with the forward highlighting the positive atmosphere and renewed confidence within the squad since the arrival of our head coach.

The Blues made it four consecutive Premier League wins after beating Wolves 3-1 on Saturday afternoon, continuing our strong form in the league, with our No. 10 bagging a superb hat-trick at Molineux.

And speaking after the game, Palmer reflected on his time working with Rosenior since the head coach arrived from Strasbourg in early January.

‘Life under Liam is amazing, he gives us all confidence,’ he began. ‘He lets us be ourselves and play freely. So, I’m sure when I’m back properly fit, you’ll see the best of me.

‘He and all the staff give us confidence on the training pitch, and with the strategies in the way we play. I’m really liking it.’

Palmer also discussed Rosenior’s approach to managing the squad and the impact it’s had on the squad with another busy week ahead, as we prepare to face Leeds United and Hull City in the next five days across both the Premier League and the FA Cup.

‘It’s enjoyable – everyone’s got confidence from him, he’s a top manager,’ Cole continued.

‘The way he gives confidence to everyone; he doesn’t mind changing the team, using us all. He speaks to all of us and lets us be ourselves. He gives us good game plans, so everyone likes him, and hopefully it continues.’

We return to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday evening for our clash against Leeds. With general admission tickets sold out, Club Chelsea is your only way to watch the action live. Seat-only tickets start from £210 per person (inc. VAT) – book now by clicking here!
