There is a big Women’s Super League fixture at Stamford Bridge this weekend when the second-place Blues host the Gunners who are currently third in the table. For any fans coming along for Saturday’s lunchtime kick-off, we have a guide to help you make the most of your visit, including important information on digital ticketing…

The match kicks off at 12.30pm and tickets are still available to purchase, including premium padded seats in Westview in the West Stand upper tier. General admission prices start from just £16.50 for adults and half-price for children.

Digital ticketing

Tickets for this fixture must be accessed via the Chelsea Official App, replacing the PDF tickets previously used at Chelsea Women’s games at Stamford Bridge this season. However, Bridge Pass holders and supporters in Club Chelsea hospitality areas who have received their PDF tickets via email can continue to use these for the game.

Make sure you are prepared for the game with this pre-match ticket checklist:

  1. Please ensure you are ready by downloading the latest version of the Chelsea Official App and signing in with the same email address and password you used to purchase your tickets.

  2. If you have purchased multiple tickets and wish to forward these onto fellow supporters, they must accept the ticket before 9.30am on matchday. A step-by-step guide on how to do this is available here. Note that for Chelsea FC Women fixtures at Stamford Bridge, a paid membership is not required to forward or receive tickets, but recipients will need to have set up a free Chelsea online account.

  3. Activate your tickets by selecting the ‘Tickets’ icon in the top right of your screen, select the ticket that you have available under your ‘Upcoming’ matches and activate now. Your QR code which you will scan at the turnstiles will be visible 48 hours prior to kick-off.

What to do if you can’t view your tickets in the app

There are a few reasons why you may not be able to view your tickets in the Chelsea Official App:

  • You may not be logged into the app.

  • You may not be logged into the correct account. In order to access your tickets, you need to ensure that you are logged in using the same email address and password that you used to purchase your tickets.

If you still require assistance, you can refer to our digital ticketing guide for CFCW matches or contact tickets@chelseafc.com for more information. There will also be ambassadors available to assist you on the day.

Ticket forwarding

If you have purchased multiple tickets for the match and attendees intend to arrive separately for the game, you must forward the tickets to fellow supporters andthe ticket must be accepted by that supporter before 9:30am on matchday. This will allow them to enter Stamford Bridge by scanning their own ticket within the Chelsea Official App.

If you are attending with supporters who are unable to be forwarded tickets (e.g. children without a smartphone), you must arrive at the turnstile with them and can scan them through using your phone before going through the turnstile yourself. Where possible, we do recommend using the ticket forwarding functionality and each supporter having their ticket on their own phone as this will help to reduce queues at the turnstile.

As part of the ongoing WSL’s Fan Choice trial, fans at this game will be able to enjoy alcohol responsibly in all stands and hospitality areas at Stamford Bridge, apart from our dedicated family area, the East Stand lower tier.

Pick up a programme

The matchday programme for Saturday's London derby features an exclusive interview with Naomi Girma looking back at how the past year has gone.

'Signing for a club like Chelsea, I was expecting to be challenged,' she says. 'I was expecting to be pushed every day and just be in an environment that expected excellence. And I definitely think that the club has lived up to that.'

There is plenty more in the interview as well as the regular columns from head coach Sonia Bompastor and captain Millie Bright, plus so much more! Pick up your copy from sellers around Stamford Bridge ahead of the game.

Countering violence against women and girls

The Metropolitan Police Service will have a stall at the stadium providing information and a chance for the public to share opinions on policing to prevent violence against women and girls.

The information available from this initiative, which includes leaflets to take away, covers multiple subjects including drink spiking, safer spaces, safety on public transport, how to report harassment and general advice on crime prevention.
