Enzo Maresca has made eight changes to his Chelsea side for this afternoon's Premier League clash against Sunderland at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are hoping to make it three successive victories in the Premier League this afternoon, but Sunderland will pose a challenge, having also taken 14 points from their opening eight matches of the campaign.
Maresca made several changes to his starting XI for the midweek UEFA Champions League win over Ajax, but many of those who didn't feature against the Dutch side return this afternoon
Robert Sanchez starts in goal and is protected by a back four that is expected to include captain Reece James, Josh Acheampong, Trevoh Chalobah and Marc Cucurella.
Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo remain in the side, while Pedro Neto, Joao Pedro and Alejandro Garnacho return to the attack.
Marc Guiu, who spent the early weeks of the campaign on loan at Sunderland before being recalled, spearheads the Chelsea frontline.
Sunderland have made two changes to the side which beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0. Omar Alderete misses out after suffering a concussion in that game, being replaced by Lutsharel Geertruida, while Reinildo Mandava returns following suspension in place of Chris Rigg.
