Sonia Bompastor has made five changes to her side for this afternoon's second leg of our UEFA Women's Champions League semi-final against Barcelona.

The Blues face a big task ahead as we look to make home advantage count at Stamford Bridge. Sonia Bompastor's team will need to overturn a 4-1 deficit from the defeat in Barcelona last weekend and put in a performance similar to the 3-0 win over Manchester City in the previous round.

Hannah Hampton retains her place in goal behind a back four of Niamh Charles, Millie Bright, Naomi Girma and Lucy Bronze. In midfield, Sjoeke Nusken retains her place from the win over Crystal Palace and will be joined by Keira Walsh and Erin Cuthbert.

Supporting striker Mayra Ramirez will be Sandy Baltimore, who once again plays in a more advanced role on the left, with Johanna Rytting Kaneryd on the opposite wing.
