Sonia Bompastor has made three changes to her Chelsea side as the Blues return to Women's Super League action by welcoming Everton to Kingsmeadow.

As Bompastor explained in her pre-match press conference, Erin Cuthbert misses out due to a concussion sustained while on international duty with Scotland.

Maika Hamano comes into the side for her first start in the WSL since our season opener against Manchester City, in which the Japanese international was on the scoresheet at Stamford Bridge.

Lauren James also makes her first league start of the campaign, having returned from the injury sustained during Women's Euro 2025 prior to the international break and spending the past two-and-a-half weeks working at Cobham.

Catarina Macario is also handed a place in the starting XI to face the Toffees. The Blues forward comes into the game in good form after netting three goals in two matches for the USA.
