Enzo Maresca has named his Chelsea starting XI for our FIFA Club World Cup opener against Los Angeles FC.
Tonight's Group D opener in Atlanta takes place at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and it is our first outing since we lifted the Conference League trophy.
Maresca has made five changes to the side that began that game in Poland, but three of our pre-tournament arrivals – Mamadou Sarr, Dario Essugo, and Liam Delap – are all among our substitutes.
Robert Sanchez starts in goal for the Blues and will be protected by a back four of Reece James, Tosin Adarabioyo, Levi Colwill and Marc Cucurella.
Moises Caicedo starts in midfield and will be partnered by Romeo Lavia, who replaces Enzo Fernandez in our starting XI.
Noni Madueke and Pedro Neto continue in the wide positions for the Blues, with Cole Palmer set to occupy his usual No.10 role. Nicolas Jackson will lead the attack.
Chelsea: Sanchez; James (c), Tosin, Colwill, Cucurella; Caicedo, Lavia; Madueke, Palmer, Pedro Neto; Jackson
