Mauricio Pochettino has made five changes to his Chelsea side for this evening's FA Cup fifth-round tie against Leeds United at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are attempting to bounce back from Sunday's painful defeat at Wembley and secure a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals, the draw for which takes place shortly before kick-off at Stamford Bridge.

After an energy-sapping 120 minutes in the Carabao Cup final, changes were expected and Pochettino has opted to bring five players into his starting XI.

Robert Sanchez starts in goal for the Blues with Djordje Petrovic named among the Chelsea substitutes. There are changes in the back four as Alfie Gilchrist starts at right-back and Malo Gusto switches to left-back.

Axel Disasi and Trevoh Chalobah are the centre-back partnership. It is the latter's first start of the campaign.

Enzo Fernandez, who captains the side and Moises Caicedo continue in the Blues' midfield but there are alterations further up the pitch as Noni Madueke and Mykhailo Mudryk return to the side. Both Conor Gallagher and Cole Palmer drop to the bench.

Nicolas Jackson starts in attack, as does Raheem Sterling. There is no Christopher Nkunku in the squad due to an injury the French forward sustained in the Carabao Cup final.

Chelsea: Sanchez; Gilchrist, Disasi, Chalobah, Gusto; Madueke, Enzo, Caicedo, Mudryk; Sterling, Jackson

Chelsea substitutes: Petrovic, Colwill, Murray-Campbell, Samuels-Smith, Chilwell, Tauriainen, Gallagher, Harrison, Palmer
