Sonia Bompastor has made four changes to her Chelsea side for tonight's Women's League Cup semi-final against Manchester City.

After progressing to the Women's FA Cup fifth round with a 5-0 win over Crystal Palace at Kingsmeadow on Saturday, the Blues' thoughts have turned to tonight's League Cup encounter in Manchester.

Into the side come wing-backs Ellie Carpenter and Sandy Baltimore, while Sjoeke Nusken and Lucy Bronze are also handed a place in the starting line-up.

Lauren James, Johanna Rytting Kaneryd, Guro Reiten and Veerle Buurman – who all began our win over Crystal Palace – drop to the bench.

Striker Aggie Beever-Jones is also named among the substitutes after recovering from her recent injury.
