Enzo Maresca has made one change to his side to face Nottingham Forest in the Premier League today, with a switch of striker.

Chelsea have a crucial final league fixture of the season away at the City Ground, knowing a win would guarantee UEFA Champions League qualification, regardless of results elsewhere.

The only change from the team which beat Manchester United last time out is in attack, where Jadon Sancho comes into the starting line-up in place of teenager Tyrique George. That could mean Pedro Neto filling the striker’s role again, supported by Sancho, Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke.

Elsewhere it is unchanged, meaning Reece James captains the side alongside Tosin Adarabioyo, Levi Colwill and Marc Cucurella in defence, ahead of goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.

Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez continue in midfield, while striker Marc Guiu returns to the bench for the first time since picking up an injury against West Ham United in February.

Chelsea: Sanchez, James (c), Tosin, Colwill, Cucurella, Caicedo, Fernandez, Madueke, Palmer, Sancho, Neto

Substitutes: Jorgensen, Acheampong, Badiashile, Chalobah, Gusto, Dewsbury-Hall, Lavia, George, Guiu
