Enzo Maresca has named his Chelsea side for the Conference League final against Real Betis, with five changes made to the starting XI.

Maresca outlined last week that Filip Jorgensen would start in goal for the Blues, and the 23-year-old is between the posts in Wroclaw. Robert Sanchez and Lucas Bergstrom are among our substitutes.

There are changes to the back four as Malo Gusto, Trevoh Chalobah and Benoit Badiashile are handed starts. Marc Cucurella keeps his place at left-back.

Enzo Fernandez, who captains the Blues with Reece James on the bench, is partnered in midfield by Moises Caicedo.

Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer and Pedro Neto all keep their places, although the Portugal international is expected to be deployed in a wide role as Nicolas Jackson returns to the starting XI and is set to spearhead the Blues attack.
