Malo Gusto starts at right-back with Benoit Badiashile dropping to the bench. Axel Disasi will shift infield to partner Thiago Silva.
With Enzo Fernandez out injured and Moises Caicedo unavailable, Lesley Ugochukwu bolsters the midfield.
Armando Broja is the other fresh face, having led the line for over an hour on Tuesday, when Nicolas Jackson shifted to a wide left position after Enzo's early withdrawal. It is the first time Jackson and Broja have started together.
Lavia is joined on the bench by fit-again Noni Madueke, as well as Christoper Nkunku, fresh from his first minutes in blue.
